Affordability

Emmanuel Baptist Christian Academy strives to provide an excellent Christian education while maintaining affordable tuition. In comparison to other Christian schools in the area of similar size and programs, our tuition is very reasonable. Our faculty makes tremendous sacrifices to serve the Lord in providing a Christian education to young people and all feel led of the Lord to do so. Because our families understand the importance of investing in their children and their need for a Christian education, they are willing to do what is necessary financially.

Tuition itself covers only a portion of the cost of educating each child. The Lord provides our needs, and we are blessed with additional gifts to cover the balance of expenses. Some generous families give above and beyond tuition as they feel the Lord's leading to help cover these expenses. Others volunteer their time and service as a way of giving to the Lord's ministry here at EBCA. These gifts and efforts by families of Emmanuel Baptist Christian Academy and Emmanuel Baptist Church are very much appreciated and help us maintain an affordable tuition.

Tuition Payment Plans

Tuition may be paid in several ways. You can pay the full amount in advance and receive a 5% discount; you may pay for each semester in advance and receive the 5% discount for that semester, or you may choose a 10 or 12 month payment plan. All payments are due on the first of the month and late after the 10th. There will be a $10 late fee for payments received after the 10th. Tuition must be current and books paid for before the student begins classes. Both monthly tuition plans end in May. The payment dates are as follows:

  • 12-month payment plan - first payment is due June 1st / last payment is due May 1st. You must be enrolled by June 15 to use the 12-month payment plan.
  • The 10-month plan - first payment is due Aug 1st / last payment is due May 1st.

Activity Fee - $75 per family (includes a yearbook for each family and helps to defray transportation costs for field trips). This fee is due by July 15.

Sports Fee - $25 per Student per sports activity (cheerleading, soccer, basketball, volleyball, etc.) not to exceed $40 per student. This fee must be paid in full before a uniform can be assigned to the student.

Discounts

Emmanuel Baptist Christian Academy offers the following tuition discounts:

  • Multi-student discount - tuition is discounted for families with more than one child enrolled in the Academy. All children must be living in the same household. The rates are as follows:
    • The student in the highest grade pays 100% tuition
    • The second student pays 70% for their grade level
    • The third student pays 45% for their grade level
    • The fourth and succeeding student(s) pays 25% for their grade level(s)
  • Ministry Discount - student's who have a parent employed as a full-time pastor, of like faith are eligible for a 50% tuition discount. Other full-time ministries of like faith, as determined by the admissions team will receive a 15% discount.
  • Member's Discount - members of Emmanuel Baptist Church who are faithful in attendance and support will be given a 15% tuition discount.
  • Payment in full Discount - families who pay for the school year before school begins, or upon enrollment if after the start of the school year will receive a 5% discount in addition to any other discounts.
  • Referral Discount - families who refer other families to EBCA will receive a $250 discount for one year only. The referred student(s) must remain enrolled for the complete school year at Emmanuel Baptist Christian Academy. The referred family must confirm the referral before being accepted to be eligible for the discount.
